OVERVIEW
EMJ recently completed Center City Apartments in Gastonia, North Carolina. Nestled in the heart of Downtown Gastonia Historic District, our team worked in partnership with the City of Gastonia and Keuster Development to ensure a safe environment and successful project delivery.
This new, urban infill construction consisted of a first floor concrete podium structure with five stories of wood framing above for a total of 120,000 square feet and 90 units. Center City Apartments feature mid to high level finishes including a rooftop terrace.
