Radia Avondale Station is a 517,000-square-foot project featuring 424 units in four, three-story buildings. This resort-style apartment community offers a fitness center, clubhouse, playground, pool with spa hot tub, pickleball courts, a sky lounge boasting panoramic views, outdoor kitchen with cocktail bar, pet grooming station, lawn games, and private garages equipped for EVs.
EMJ’s team is working hard to successfully coordinate the details of each building to keep things running smoothly and timely. With building one turned over and three to go, much has been done but there is still plenty of work to be done!
