Overview
EMJ constructed the 52,000-square-foot structural steel and cast-in-place concrete shell of this multi-story medical office building along with the interior build out. The building consists of three main floors and an executive conference room on the fourth level. The second and third levels offer business offices, receiving areas, exam rooms, and treatment areas. Based on client satisfaction, EMJ was asked to provide decision phase services and construction management services for an imaging center and pharmacy build out on the first floor the following year. The center includes MRI, CAT scan, x-ray, DXA scan, mammography, and nuclear medicine machines.
