Overview
Lee Vista Promenade is a 40-acre retail development located in Orlando, Fla. The development includes all site work, infrastructure, several multi-tenant buildings, and tenant fit-out packages. The first phase of the project consists of all site work for the 40 acres, including all grading, storm, sanitary, water, gas, and site electrical work. This also involves the construction of a six-tenant, 100,000 square-foot tilt-up building with EIFS and masonry finishes, and the entire tenant fit-out packages for all six tenants. Our team also constructed a stand-alone 10,000 square-foot shell for ULTA, a 10,000 multi-tenant vanilla box package, and an 8,000 square-foot multi-tenant vanilla box package. EMJ also created a pad prep for a 50,000 square-foot theater, five restaurant parcels, as well as paving, hardscape, and landscaping.
