The fourth annual D CEO Commercial Real Estate Awards was held on Wednesday, March 23, 2016, at the Frontiers of Flight Museum in Dallas. Farmer Brothers’ 500,000 square-foot office and state-of-the-art distribution center in Denton was nominated for Best New Industrial Project among 51 other local finalists.
Dallas EVP Ray Catlin attended the event with the Stream team and was thrilled when the project was awarded D CEO’s Best New Industrial Project for 2016. “There were so many finalists for the award; I was pleasantly surprised when they called the [Farmer Brothers/Stream Realty] team to the stage!” Ray said.
“They have been a great partner to us over the years, and it is nice that a project of this caliber is getting the credit it deserves.”
