Overview
EMJ’s team renovated the existing six-story office building and basement. EMJ transformed the exterior storefront, curtain wall systems, ceilings, flooring and wall coverings. The team also replaced the HVAC system with a new variable refrigerant flow (VRF) system and installed more efficient lighting.
