Waterside is a new, mixed-use development located at Bryant Irvin Road and Arborlawn Drive in Fort Worth, Texas. Major anchors include Whole Foods and REI. The development includes site infrastructure improvements including the extension of Arborlawn Drive and construction of Waterside Drive. Site construction consists of 200,000 square feet of retail space and a 60,000-square-foot parking garage.
