Congress/EMJ has been selected by a partnership of Hines, Belfonti Companies, and Bridge Investment Group to serve as the construction manager for their 209-unit apartment community on Revere Beach.
“We are pleased to serve alongside Congress as we partner with Hines, a world-class real estate organization, on the construction of this project,” said William Mosher, Executive Vice President of EMJ Construction.
The project—a 1.4-acre site at 646 Ocean Avenue in Revere, Mass.—is on one of the last developable sites on Revere Beach. The 209-unit beachfront apartment community will include an elevated, outdoor courtyard and a large pool overlooking the Atlantic Ocean over two levels of structured parking and a ground floor retail component. The team recently broke ground with an expected completion in early 2024.
“Our companies have built several residential projects in recent years, and we are excited to contribute to the Revere Beach region’s economic growth and development on the 646 Ocean Avenue project,” said William Nicholson, CEO of Congress.
