EMJ has been awarded a one million-square foot warehouse and three-story, 48,000-square-foot high-end office building by DSV Global Transport and Logistics (DSV). This project will be completed in partnership with O’Brien Architects.
DSV is a leading global supplier, providing and managing supply chain solutions for thousands of companies. Through the acquisition of several companies over the years, DSV has strengthened its global network to become the world’s fourth largest transport and logistics company.
“EMJ is excited to bring our strong industrial and logistics experience to this project,” says William Mosher, EVP of EMJ Construction, Dallas. “We have partnered with O’Brien Architects on several projects over the years and are looking forward to deepening our experience while serving a world class client like DSV.”
The warehouse and high-end office building are set to break ground in November of this year in Lancaster, Texas — an area that has seen some of North Texas’ biggest new distribution hubs in recent years.
“Despite pandemic-related slowdowns elsewhere, the real estate market for industrial warehouse space in Lancaster is doing well,” said Karl A. Stundins of Lancaster’s economic development department.
