When Jaime Miramontez started at EMJ in 1991, the world wide web was publicly launched and minimum wage was $4.25. Five years later, when the Dallas Cowboys won the Superbowl, Joe Matthews joined the team. Together these two men represent almost 60 years of service at EMJ and a deep commitment to clients.
Jaime served as the Warranty Technician for EMJ for 31 years, while Joe served as the Warranty Manager for 27 years. In their time together, this dynamic duo laid the foundations of the EMJ Warranty Department.
“Joe and Jaime are the unsung heroes of our company. They have worked to provide great client experiences for decades,” said William Mosher, Executive Vice President at EMJ Southwest. “Our clients consistently rave about Jaime and Joe. We can’t write down enough about the good things they’ve accomplished for EMJ over the years.”
As the famous saying goes, all good things must come to an end. The EMJ Southwest office gathered last week to celebrate Joe and Jaime’s retirement with Babe’s Chicken and a special edition of Jeopardy full of fun facts and a stroll down memory lane.
At EMJ, mission is to deliver exceptional client experiences. Our mission only happens when our people are committed to our purpose: to be people serving people. Joe Mathews and Jaime Miramontez have been doing just that for several decades.
Please join us in thanking Joe and Jaime for their many years of service at EMJ. Their involvement, both directly and indirectly, in so many projects and with so many people has made an impact with our clients, partners, and colleagues that will last for years to come.
