Kimco Realty has selected EMJ Construction – Dallas to complete Phase II of Grand Parkway Marketplace in Spring, Texas. Phase II consists of 36-acres with 13 built-to-suit retail spaces.
The Dallas team is already at work on Phase I of the development—a 450,000 square foot open-air shopping center that broke ground on Thursday, April 7.
