Earlier this week, two members of the EMJ project team at Seagrass Village of Daphne showed their Alabama crew what Tennessee BBQ was all about. Jim Inman, Senior Superintendent, and Ben Caulder, Level II Superintendent, fired up the smoker and served up some amazing brisket, turkey, and ribs to the onsite team.
Our field staff work long days and rarely get a chance to enjoy a home-cooked meal, so this was a much welcomed gesture. Way to be people serving people, Jim and Ben!
