For more than a century, Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) has been helping change kids’ perspectives and giving them the opportunity to reach their potential. EMJ has been in close partnership for the past 25 years and during that time has helped raise more than $1 Million for the organization.
Last week, EMJ was honored to receive the BBBS of Greater Chattanooga’s 2021 ‘Defenders of Potential” award which recognizes supporters and defenders of youth in the community.
“ EMJ’s purpose is to be people serving people and that aligns perfectly with BBBS vison of ‘All youth achieve their full potential,’” said Jack Bowen, President and CEO, EMJ Construction. “Thank you for this award. We are truly humbled to receive it. We see this relationship as our mechanism and one of the ways we can go impact the youth of the city of Chattanooga.”
