Recently, EMJ Construction has been awarded four new multifamily projects—three in Arizona and one in Colorado. With over 53 years of experience and a seasoned multifamily team, EMJ is a key player in the multifamily sector. Details of these upcoming projects are as follows.
The Alexander in Tucson, Arizona is a 296,547-square-foot modern mixed-use development that will feature multifamily housing. The multifamily housing portion will consist of approximately 250 units in multiple four-story buildings. On-site amenities are expected to include a pool/spa, fitness and business center, children’s play area, multiple courtyards, barbeques, ramadas, storage units, garages, and a dog park. The goal of the development is to integrate higher density housing options, commercial and retail space, and meaningful amenities.
Nevada Street and Commonwealth Ave. Apartments in Chandler, Arizona is a 231,300-square-foot, four-story upscale multifamily development on 5.58 acres. The development will consist of 208 units, and amenities for the development will include a resort-style pool and spa, covered outdoor grill area, fitness center and dog park.
Eldorado Springs in Colorado Springs, Colorado is a resort-style multifamily community featuring 236 wood-frame garden style units. This project will be situated near Springs Ranch Golf Course and feature luxurious multifamily homes with sweeping views of the Rocky Mountains.
The One @ Mountain Vista in Mesa, Arizona is an 80-acre mixed-used development with a four-story multifamily community situated in the center. The One @ Mountain Vista will consist of a 350-unit wrap multifamily community and surface parking in an urban environment that provides residents with great amenities and spectacular views of the Superstition Mountains.
