Philip Augustino, Senior Vice President of Quality at EMJ Construction, was recently named a member of the Construction Quality Executives Council (CQEC)—the construction industry’s trusted resource for knowledge sharing, best practices and continuous advancement in the field of quality.
As Senior Vice President of Quality, Philip serves EMJ Construction’s clients, partners, and all project stakeholders by encouraging a culture of quality. Philip provides tools and learning opportunities, conducts site visits, coaches project teams, and provides support and coordination to ensure that project teams achieve quality and deliver an exceptional client experience.
Philip has over 40 years of industry experience, serving in multiple roles that ultimately led to his current leadership role in Quality Control (QC). Each role has allowed him to bring perspective from various aspects of the industry. The CQEC advocates to advance the art and science of design and construction quality in the built environment, and Philip will play a valuable role in those efforts.
