Albertsons at the Market at Pebble Hills

This project is a 63,400-square-foot build-to-suit Albertsons grocery store, developed and owned by River Oaks Properties. Located in El Paso, TX at the northeast corner of Zaragoza and Pebble Hills Road, this store features a drive-up and go service for order pick up, full pharmacy with drive-thru window, an interior Starbucks kiosk and dining area, and full-service bakery, deli, meat, produce, and fish markets. The construction consists of CMU block, EIFS and nichiha exterior wood panels, 100% LED lighting, and rooftop skylights throughout the store.

Albertsons is the major anchor for the entire 16-acre development, The Market at Pebble Hills, all of which is owned by River Oaks Properties and is being built by EMJ Construction. Additional features of the development include three stand-alone buildings, which add an additional 35,900 square feet of retail space to the development.
