Overview
EMJ constructed this 172,000-square-foot, multi-story hospital tower. The facility offers 152 patient beds, nurse’s stations, a well baby nursery, a newborn ICU, labor and delivery and surgical suites along with a gift shop and cafeteria. The construction scope included a reinforced structural concrete frame, a chiller plant and a pneumatic tube system along with a medical gas system, integrated communication network, infant security system, and automated prescription delivery system.
