Overview
EMJ has partnered with Hickory Capital Group to build two BOX Self-Storage facilities to-date. The first is a three-story self-storage facility in Chattanooga, Tennessee with masonry walls, EIFS cladding, an elevator, finishes, and storm sewer. The second is a two-story, 100,000-square-foot self-storage facility located in an outparcel of Parkdale Mall in Beaumont, Texas. This building is structural steel frame with composite concrete elevated slabs, split-face CMU and EIFS exterior with a TPO roof.
