Overview
The Carnegie Arts Center in Turlock, Calif., involves restoration of the historic Carnegie Arts Center library and the addition of a new multi-level facility with a total building space of 19,230 square feet of site work and off-site work. This includes the demolition of a two-story, wood-framed addition at the rear of the existing structure along with site demolition and the addition of a multi-level steel structure with a metal roof, thin brick exterior, and full height storefronts at entrances. Our team also manages the painting, complete replacement, and restoration of exterior finishes and interior restoration.
