Overview
Hamilton Corner is a 17,000 square-foot retail renovation project in Chattanooga, Tenn. The project consists of renovation of an outparcel, demolition of the existing facade, and demising walls and rooftop HVAC units. New construction includes a new exterior façade to match the existing Hamilton Corner and two demised spaces for Firebird’s Restaurant and DXL Clothier.
