Overview
The Holiday Inn in Pensacola, Fla., is a 114-room hotel totaling approximately 90,000 square feet that includes a full-service restaurant, meeting room and pool. The five-story hotel was built to Holiday Inn criteria and consists of tile, carpet, cabinetry with granite tops, stucco and stamped concrete. EMJ provided Construction Management Services and also completed the site work which included the storm system, lights, asphalt, hardscape and landscaping.
