Overview
The Home2 Suites is a four-story, 117-room hotel sitting atop a double-height basement garage that utilizes car lifts to meet the required amount of valet parking. This innovative design met the Home2 Suites parking requirements without the expense of a parking deck. The EMJ team collaborated with the design team and other project participants to overcome several complicated aspects in order to progress the project from paper to reality.
