Overview
Lamp Post Group, a growing venture incubator, enlisted the EMJ team to construct its unique office space within the Historic Loveman’s building, a century-old department store. The interior buildout contrasts a brightly colored office space with the antique brick exterior walls and original hardwood floors. The contemporary design includes glass-walled offices, distinct collaboration areas and a conference room shored by state-of-the-art audio visual systems. High-level acoustical treatments were also incorporated to limit noise intrusion into individual workspaces within the office’s 4,800 square feet of call center space.
