Overview
The Lone Star College Conroe Center is a development in Conroe, Texas. The new college facility consists of three separate structures. The main building is a two-story structure that spans approximately 67,134. That building houses classrooms, academic labs, offices, and associated spaces. The workforce building is a single-story structure spanning approximately 16,200 square feet with mezzanine housing shop spaces. The central utility plant is a single-story structure spanning approximately 3,300 square feet and houses mechanical and electrical equipment.
