Overview
The Marriott Mountainside Resort in Park City, Utah, is a 420,984 square-foot timeshare, which consists of 13 floors of steel structures over three levels of parking. Our team managed Phase I and II of the project that includes 140 timeshare units, a sub-structure parking level, three levels of above-ground parking, and a courtyard facing the Park City ski lift. The 13-level building consists of 600 tons of structural steel with perimeter cold-formed framing. The exterior skin includes a wide range of finishes from native-stone veneer to insulated metal wall panels and Hardi Plank siding. The interior finishes consist of Level 5 finishes ranging from custom-patterned carpets to hand-sculpted millwork throughout the property. The courtyard overlooks the mountainside--only 25 feet from the local ski lift. The courtyard includes luxury amenities including a 250,000-gallon Malibu Pool, custom casted-stone hot tubs, and an underground pump system that provides a natural spring water effect in the hot tubs.
