Overview
Pearland Town Center is a 143-acre, mixed-use development that includes retail, residential units, restaurants and a Courtyard by Marriott hotel. EMJ constructed the ground level retail and office space and provided construction management services for the three-story, 62-unit residential towers. Our team also built the four-story, 110-room Courtyard by Marriott above the retail space and performed all site work, including hardscape and landscape. The final project was under budget, and the opening date of the center was accelerated by two months from the original preconstruction schedule.
