Overview
The Riverbend West Distribution Center is a 301,500 square foot speculative warehouse and distribution facility located on a 16.66-acre site in Fort Worth, Texas. The concrete and tilt-wall structure features a 32-foot clear height, cross-dock configuration, expansive truck court depths, dedicated trailer parking positions and an Early Suppression Fast Response (ESFR) sprinkler system. The site development also includes more than 300 car parking spaces.
