Overview
The RiverPoint Commerce Center is a large industrial warehouse development in Grand Prairie, Texas. The project involves constructing two light industrial tilt-wall buildings on a 42-acre site. Sitework includes sanitary, storm, and water as well as construction of retaining walls. Off-site work involves the installation of a traffic signal.
