Overview
EMJ provided preconstruction, design phase, and construction services for a 125,000-square-foot assisted living and memory care facility in Simsbury, Conn. This project includes 80 assisted living units, 40 memory care units, and 4.8 acres of site work. The three-story, wood-framed building features masonry veneer with cement board siding and includes a memory garden, full kitchen, dining areas, underground retention, and bentonite waterproofing.
