Overview
EMJ performed a design-build renovation of 270,000 square feet of occupied office space for the State of Tennessee T3 (Transforming Tennessee for Tomorrow) project. The multi-phase project required early budget and schedule coordination to sustain overall project flow. Our work included replacement of the HVAC and electrical systems along with renovations to the restrooms, common areas and offices.
