The Linden is a 317,780-square-foot luxury apartment complex located off Manufacturers Road on Chattanooga’s North Shore. This project features two multi-unit residential structures with a total of 271 units, offering studio to two-bedroom options. One structure is a five-story wood-framed building positioned over a one-story concrete podium parking garage, while the other is a five-story wood-framed building constructed on a slab-on-grade foundation.

The facility includes large amenity areas including a leasing office, library, fireside lounge, game lounge, conference rooms, work areas, a fitness center, and an exterior pool courtyard.
