Overview
This project is part of the West End Downtown Redevelopment in Greenville, S.C. This four-story office building incorporates viewing decks on the roof for watching ball games at the adjoining baseball stadium. Construction of this project began less than 10 months prior to the first pitch at the stadium. EMJ works closely with the owner, designers, city, utilities, and local authorities throughout the design and construction process to expedite both this project and the stadium project as well as the surrounding "streetscape" project.
